Slattery Electronic Service has over 35 years experience in servicing and troubleshooting computer hardware, software and networks. Owner Jeff Slattery is retired from Athens City Schools where he taught science and information technology for 30 years. He is a CompTIA A+ certified computer technician, a certified Novel Administrator and has experience with Windows servers. While with Athens City Schools, Jeff set up the district Novell computer network consisting of eight individual building servers, several hundred users and associated groups, print servers and other network devices. Jeff served over two years as district technology coordinator and computer repair technician. He taught courses in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word Perfect Office, Success with the Internet, computer repair and computer network along with introductory programming.
SES started out doing VCR repairs and cleaning along with computer work and now mainly performs computer repairs and upgrades, malware and virus removal and operating system re-installs. We mainly service Windows-based systems and small electronics such as turntables, DVD players and some game systems.
SES does not repair TVs, surround sound systems, cell phones or tablets.
